Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma turned cameraman on Thursday as he asked a senior journalist Lamphrang Nongspung to substitute him at a friendly football match at the opening of Dare to Dream Academy in Shillong, which is being supported by Dream Foundation and Baichung Bhutia Football School.
