TURA, AUG 19: One Tengrik momin hailing from DC Colony in Williamnagar who went with some friends to Goa to look for jobs and got stranded in Andhra is being brought home by Garo Hills police.

“He had no ticket so he was detained by authorities at Gunthur Andhra Pradesh train station. His families contacted police worried as he called his sister. So I contacted goa and Andra police asking their help to give him food etc. Tomorrow team is going to bring him,” informed SP East Garo Hills Bruno A Sangma.

The man had left home on 15th August and was tense after he got detained since there was no local railway police at the spot he was made to disembark. The Andhra Pradesh authorities say that he appears to be of unsound mind.
