Shillong, Oct 9: After a gap of two-year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Adventurous Hynniewtrep Off Roaders (AHOR) organised the AHOR 4X4 Off Road Challenges 2022, its 4th edition. The two-day competition was held on October 7-8 at the Kharsati Park, Umtham, Ri Bhoi District.

The competition had over 27 participants competing in the Stock Category and 9 in the Modified Category.

AHOR President, Damian Umdor, informed that AHOR is one of the organizations which has an ambition to promote off roading sports in the state of Meghalaya and to give a platform to the ambitious drivers who love to drive off roads.

“This is the 4th edition of Off-road Challenge organized by the AHOR but could not organize the event on 2020-21 due to the impact of COVID-19. But AHOR is firm to hold this kind of off-roading challenge every year,” Damian said.
