Shillong, July 4: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Tuesday met with members of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) at Gurugram.
CM Conrad who is in the National Capital shared a series of pictures from his interaction with the International Solar Alliance.
“The case studies demonstrated by ISA will enable us to adopt the best practices to replicate under CMs Solar Mission in our State,” CM said in a tweet.

This deliberation comes at a time when the Sate Government plans to launch the Chief Minister’s Solar Mission in July at an estimate cost of Rs 100 crores.
Earlier in the day, CM also met and interacted with the Chairman & Managing Director of NTPC Gurdeep Singh

On Monday, CM informed that the paperwork has been finalised. He said under the project, there will be a component of government subsidy, loan component as well as individual-benefit component.
He had also said that state government will try to maximize the subsidy.
Recently, the Cabinet had approved the Chief Minister’s Solar Mission.
