Shillong, Dec 6: NPP chief and Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma and Rajya Sabha MP today welcomed Smt. Biolinda L. Nonglait and other leaders to the National People’s Party family at a programme held at NPP’s State HQ in Shillong.

Smt. Nonglait had contested the 2018 election from Mawthdrashan Constituency from HSPDP ticket. Her joining NPP will boost the party’s grassroot presence in Mawthadrashan area of West Khasi Hills.
She had lost the election with a small margin.
