Guwahati, April 12: The 27th Edition of the India-US Executive Steering Group (ESG) Meeting concluded with productive discussions on emerging threats, conflict resolution strategies, and the need for adaptable frameworks to address shared challenges.

Lieutenant General TK Aich, Deputy Chief of Army Staff Strategy`, led the Indian delegation in meetings with Commanding Generals of the US Army and Marine Corps. The discussions focused on fostering collaboration and strengthening military ties between the two nations.

The ESG meeting served as a platform to exchange views on emerging security threats and explore avenues for coordinated responses. Discussions also emphasized the importance of developing adaptable mechanisms to effectively address these challenges.
