There was an emphasis on spreading awareness, especially in regional languages, through various platforms like television, radio, and social media. Given the expected hotter-than-normal summer, which coincides with the General Elections, it was proposed to translate health advisories issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) into regional languages for wider dissemination.

Prime Minister Modi stressed the importance of a unified government approach, calling for collaboration among different government branches at the Central, State, and District levels, as well as various ministries. He highlighted the significance of creating awareness and ensuring hospital preparedness. Additionally, he underlined the need for swift detection and management of forest fires.
