Jowai, Dec 5: The JHADC’s Additional Office Building which was inaugurated on Tuesday.
Inaugurating the building, the CEM of the Council, Thombor Shiwat, said it will house the MDCs, which has been a long cherished dream.
The building has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 3.38 crores under the Central Grant.
EM in-charge of Civil Works Department, Phasmon Dkhar informed that the decision to have a new building was taken after seeing that the old office has become congested, and that a new office was needed where the MDCs and higher officials of the Council will be sitting.

He further informed that the Dorbar Hall of the JHADC at Loomsooiung, Jowai will be inaugurated soon.
