Shillong, November 27:  The recently held Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival 2023 has become a memorable event for Karina Sheen Phira, not just for its amazing music but because she also won a brand new car. Phira is the lucky winner of a brand-new Toyota Glanza 2023 model, who was selected at random from among the festival-goers who purchased season passes.
