Jeetendra Ningomba, coordinator of Coordination Comittee on Manipur Intregirty Or COCOMI said that they have declared a social boycott over the Manipur government.

COCOMI also urged and advised people not to cooperate with any measures of the state authorities during the boycott, not to attend any govt event.
