Shillong, June 10: The Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU), Shillong, is offering free scholarship awards for 100 students from families facing economic hardship for the academic year 2022-23. The MLCU Scholarship Awards are for Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD programs.
This scholarship is provided for applicants who fulfil the general criteria. Students who are awarded these scholarships will be provided a support system such as counselling services related to well-being and career, MLCU said in a press statement on Friday.
It said these students will be provided a full scholarship for the academic years of their degree in MLCU.
These 100 seats will be provided in all the departments across the university with only a nominal application fee of Rs 500 being levied on the beneficiaries.
