In the video, the man can be seen uprooting flowers from the pots  kept at the side of the GS Road in Shillong. The flower pots had been placed there as part of the beautification process. This incident has been captured on CCTV camera at a time when there are several reports about theft of shoes, clothes and even undergarments from nearby areas of Wahingdoh- Mawkhar- Jaiaw- Khyndailad area.
