A heated argument erupted between the leaders of the Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) Ri Bhoi District and the owner of Shaiñ Jri Factory on Monday when the owner refused to produce documents confirming the legality of the facility’s operations. The incident occurred during a checks conducted by the HYC at Resources Rubber Pvt. Ltd., located in the village of Mawsmai, Ri Bhoi.
