Mayank Agarwal's manager has lodged a complaint with Tripura police after the cricketer was hospitalised in Agartala due to falling ill during an IndiGo flight. The flight, originally en route from Agartala to Delhi as 6E 5177, had to return to its departure point following a medical emergency onboard.
The body was first spotted by one of her roommates at around 9:30 pm on Wednesday night and informed other hostel inmates and the hostel in-charge, who later called up officials at the West Agartala Women Police Station.
Inspector Chaterjee further disclosed that the police had registered an NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) case against all the apprehended women.
The police came to the spot and found the victim’s body lying in a pool of blood in the kitchen, and the machete used for attacking was lying next to the body.
The former CM explained that people have come to realize that dialogue is the path to attaining peace, in contrast to the notion that protesting on the streets can lead to resolution.
