Speaking to media persons, Lyngdoh said, "We have progressed substantially. In fact, the medical authority of India has been appraised of the fact that Meghalaya is now ready to at least operationalise one government medical college and one private medical college."
Cabinet minister Ampareen Lyngdoh has asserted that the need to fight the negative forces claiming that the National People’s Party (NPP)-led Meghalaya Democratic Alliance (MDA) government has done nothing for the people of the state in the last six years.
