A quick breakthrough has been made into the attack on the chief minister’s meeting with ACHIK leaders at CMO Tura in Dakopgre, Tura, with 18 people including two BJP Mahila morcha women in police net while two Trinamool leaders who also instigated the crowds are on the run.
Tensions flared on Friday in Aizawl as supporters of the newly formed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Mizoram staged a protest in front of the State BJP office, citing the BJP's alleged responsibility for a recent horrific incident in Manipur.
