The town of Tura witnessed a grand yet disciplined conclusion to this year’s Durga Puja festivities as all 31 Durga Puja Committees (DPCs) came together for the Visarjan (idol immersion) ceremony, which began at 1 PM from the Tura parade ground.
Various organizations in Boko have jointly appealed to Durga Puja committees across the Greater Boko region to pay tribute to the late singer Zubeen Garg during this year’s celebrations.
