MARAM Football Club of West Garo Hills, Tura has brought immense pride and glory to Tura and the entire Garo Hills region by securing a place in the Quarter Finals of the Meghalaya State League (MSL) 2026 after a thrilling 1-0 victory over Seng Samla Umdang Pyllun in the Pre-Quarter Final match played at Mawkyrwat on Monday.
In an entertaining quaterfinal match of the Inter Mahari Men's Football Tournament, the Manda Mahari team defeated the Cheran Mahari team with a final score of 4-0 on Wednesday at the Govt. Boys Hr. Sec. School Field in Chandmary, Tura, and secured it's place in the upcoming semi-finals.
