The Ex-MDCs of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) have expressed gratitude towards the incumbent Chief Executive Member (CEM), Pyniaid Sing Syiem, for his decision to release the pending 50 percent of the pension for the Ex-MDCs.
