KHADC chief Winston Tony Lyngdoh on Thursday alleged the state government of issuing labour licenses to migrant workers, who have not yet entered Meghalaya.
The Meghalaya Labour Department has reported a substantial registration of migrant workers under the Meghalaya Identification, Registration (Safety and Security) of Migrant Workers Act 2020.
