Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Wednesday said the newly floated National Liberation Council of Nongkyndong (NLCN) has been neutralized by the State police at the right time, before it could really establish form and itself as a militant outfit.
Four arrested members of the National Liberation Council of Nongkyndong (NLCN) from Jaintia Hills were on Friday brought to Shillong and produced before the Court, which remanded them to 10 days of police custody.
