Barak Valley tea industry facing ‘terminal decline,’ warns TAI chairman; calls for urgent intervention

The tea industry in Assam’s Barak Valley is on the brink of a severe crisis, with declining productivity, rising costs, and infrastructural challenges threatening its very survival.
