Agartala, Sep 18: Upon returning from New Delhi, Tripura’s Chief Minister, Dr. Manik Saha, marked Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 73rd birthday with a heartwarming visit to an elderly care home situated on the outskirts of Agartala.
During this special visit, Chief Minister Saha engaged with the inmates, showing genuine concern for their well-being, and further brightened their day by personally distributing fruits as a kind gesture.
Addressing them Saha conveyed his profound gratitude to Prime Minister Modi, highlighting the significant role he played in elevating India’s global standing during the recently concluded G20 summit.
Saha shared that just a day prior, he had the opportunity to meet with the Prime Minister in New Delhi, where he proudly informed him of the BJP’s triumphant victory in two recent by-elections.
He attributed Tripura’s rapid development and increasing economic momentum to the unwavering support of the Prime Minister. Saha emphasized that this support has led to heightened interest from external investors keen on contributing to the state’s growth.
Furthermore, Saha expressed his belief that India, under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, is currently undergoing a transformative phase, experiencing remarkable economic growth and development, with a special emphasis on uplifting the most vulnerable sections of society.
