Guwahati, Oct 3: Assam’s Boxer Lovlina Borgohain has qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics .
She qualified for the Paris Olympics after entering the final of women’s boxing 75kg event at the ongoing Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou in China.
Borgohain made it to the final of the women’s 75kg boxing event at the 19th Asian Games with a 5:0 unanimous win over Maneekon Baison of Thailand.

With this Lovlina has assured either a Gold or Silver medal for the country
Taking to X, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “Power Punch!
