In a major development, the president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N Chandrababu Naidu, was arrested by the Crime Investigation Bureau (CID) of Andhra Police on Saturday morning.
He has been arrested on allegations of corruption.
