Shillong, Nov 27: The Meghalaya Cabinet on Wednesday approved the long-awaited Meghalaya Dental Health Service Rules.

Health Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh, addressing the media, noted the absence of specific service rules for dental health in the state’s health department.

“This document will enable us to expedite all pending matters related to promotions and recruitment, thereby improving dental health services across Meghalaya,” she stated.
