Shillong, Sept 12: Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong on Thursday underwent an operation in Apollo Hospital in Delhi.

“Tynsong Underwent left fronto temporal parietal craniotomy with evacuation of SDH today on 12.9.24 shifted to ICU in Apollo Hospital,” commissioner & secretary Vijay Mantri said in a statement.

“He is conscious, vitals are stable and will be moved out of ICU after observation,” he informed.

The deputy chief minister was first admitted to the ICU of the Nazareth Hospital under the Department of Neurosurgery on September 9.
