Shillong, Oct 3: The Federation of All School Teachers of Meghalaya (FASTOM) will organise its general meeting at the new Nongstoin Football playground in Nongstoin, West Khasi Hills on October 7.
In a statement, FASTOM publicity secretary EG War said that the meeting would be as part of the preparation of the federation for agitation in the whole state of Meghalaya if the government do not pay heed to the demand for upgradation of all adhoc schools from lower primary to higher secondary schools to deficit system.
He said the federation appeals to all adhoc school teachers to attend the said meeting.
