Shillong, Oct 27: All State Government offices, all Revenue and Magisterial Courts and educational institutions in East Khasi Hills District shall remain closed as Local Holiday on the November 6 on account of ‘Nongkrem Dance’.

The order shall not apply to Central Government offices.

This was informed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, General Administration Department.
