Tura, Aug 07: Roaring engines, daring maneuvers, and the captivating spirit of camaraderie will once again be at the fore as the adrenaline-pumping 3rd Edition of Bilgaro 2W (Bike Rally) is all set to take Garo Hills by storm on August 11 – 12, 2023.

Organised by the Tura Motor Sports Club (TMSC), riders from far and wide are gearing up for the action-packed rally, which spans over two days and covers a total distance of 220 kilometers. The rally’s stage category will witness riders being flagged off from the Aldara Cafe in Rongkhon Tura, marking the start of an exhilarating adventure.

To ensure the safety and feasibility of the trails, the TMSC team has recently conducted a comprehensive recce on the challenging routes near Jengjal and Rari Area. These areas are renowned for their treacherous terrains, offering the perfect setting for off-roading enthusiasts to showcase their skills and conquer the wild trails.

The rally’s schedule is as follows:

– On August 10th, the participants will undergo scrutiny, where all the necessary documents and gears of the riders will be thoroughly checked. Official badge numbers will also be distributed during this process.

– The excitement reaches its peak on August 11th, as the flag-off takes place in the morning hours. Riders will embark on a thrilling journey from the flag-off point to Jengjal, where the first off-road trail will challenge their mettle.

– The following day, August 12th, will witness the final trail held in the morning. After conquering the last set of rugged paths, riders will gather at Cafe Aldara for the much-anticipated Price Distribution ceremony.

The Bilgaro 2W Bike Rally has garnered considerable interest not only from local riders but also from biking enthusiasts from other states, adding an extra layer of excitement and competition to the event. It is one of the major events for the motor enthusiasts in the region and has seen participations from well-known regional and national motorists.
