The National Level Monitoring Team, comprising Dr Mihir Mondal (NLM, DAHD) and Dr Mahesh Katara arrived in Shillong on Thursday to review and assess the progress of various centrally sponsored schemes (CSS) implemented by the state's Animal Husbandry & Veterinary department.
