The Dibrugarh district administration has issued a strict directive prohibiting the publication, printing, circulation, distribution, sale, exhibition, possession and storage of any radical or jihadi literature, documents, materials or digital content linked to banned extremist organisations.
In a series of joint operations, Manipur Police and security forces have apprehended several active cadres of banned outfits, including KCP (PWG), UNLF (Koireng), and PLA, across different districts of the state.
