A minute silence was also observed by the people to pay their respect and honour to the fallen tribal Kuki heroes while a prayer for the martyr's family was also held.
The event took place at the Tura Super Market ground, where participants displayed placards bearing messages such as "We Pray for Peace in Manipur," "It's Time to Stop the Violence," and "Love Heals, Hatred Hurts, and Violence Never Solves - Dialogue Does."
