A•CHIK organization in Garo Hills has moved the Conrad K Sangma government in the state calling for the creation of Kharkutta community and development block area into a full-fledged civil sub-division.
In a memorandum handed over to Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Thursday, Rakkam Sangma stated that, “ I am saddened that this kind of discrimination against Christian minorities is happening in this great democratic country, especially in a state like Assam who shared a sisterhood state with Meghalaya.”
