The Shillong City circle of National People's Youth Front (NPYF), the youth wing of National People’s Party (NPP), on Friday felicitated more than 40 students including toppers of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC or class 10) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC or Class 12) at the U SoSo Tham auditorium, Shillong.
