Meritorious students felicitated by Vivekananda Sangha

Shillong, June 17: Young students were asked to remain humble and contribute to society’s upliftment, reminding them that true success lies in staying rooted and giving back.

A red carpet was rolled out for the brightest young minds of Meghalaya, celebrating their academic triumphs in the HSSLC and SSLC exams of 2024.

Esteemed personalities graced the event, including Dr. Aman War, a former Director of Health Services, Keith Pariat, a member of Earle Holiday Home and a respected Headman, joined alongside Jitendra Kumar Das and Prosenjit Das, adding to the event’s grandeur.

Dr. War asked the students to aim for the stars to land on the moon. He advised the students to keep the hard work going as they have made their parents and locality proud and shortly make the state proud.

Keith Pariat echoed this sentiment and urged the young scholars to remain humble and contribute to society’s upliftment, reminding them that true success lies in staying rooted and giving back.

The members of Vivekananda Sangha organises the program every year to encourage the students to perform well. They also provide financial aid to students who, come from the underprivileged section of society and need financial aid.
