A•CHIK organization in Garo Hills has moved the Conrad K Sangma government in the state calling for the creation of Kharkutta community and development block area into a full-fledged civil sub-division.
The camp was organised with support from Community Action through Motivation Programme (CAMP) and on recommendation by the Kharkutta MLA Rupert Momin under the initiative of Meghalaya CM Conrad K Sangma.
