The Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress has appointed a new team of office bearers for the Kharkutta Assembly Youth Congress, along with 253 additional members, in a move aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots network ahead of upcoming GHADC elections to be held on April 10.
