Hours after Union Minister RK Ranjan Singh's house was set on fire on Thursday night by miscreants, now tension continues to grip Manipur's Imphal East.

Police sources said that mob also torched some cars and two wheelers which were parked in the compound.

The statement read, "We are deeply concerned about the continuing ethnic violence in Manipur between the Meitei community and the tribal Kuki and Zo communities.
