The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued notices to the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police (DGP) of Manipur, calling for a detailed report on the matter of 2 women paraded naked and then gang-raped by a mob on May 4, 2023, a video of which has gone viral.
