For the first time, the state government has decided to constitute a three-member Advisory Board to deal with cases of repeat drug trafficking offenders.

“I came to know about my removal from the press only and after two press statements I got a show cause notice from the government. After that clarification from the Board, he (Paul) is still adamant to give that press statement which is incorrect,” Toi told reporters.
