Mahamsing M. Sangma, former Member of the District Council (MDC) of the 29 Williamnagar Constituency, has expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad K. Sangma, for initiating the release of long-pending pension benefits for former MDCs.
