Popular Assamese actress Nandini Kashyap has been arrested by Dispur Police following a hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of 21-year-old Samiul Haque, a polytechnic student.
Three persons were injured in a head-on collision between a six-wheeler truck and a private vehicle at Thiepjaphlang under the jurisdiction of Mawshynrut Police Station.
