WGH district administration conducts introductory program for MCS officer aspirants

Tura, Mar 5: The West Garo Hills (WGH) district administration organised a one-day introductory program at Tura Govt. College Auditorium, Tura, for the youth of the region aspiring to become the prestigious Meghalaya Civil Services (MCS) officers in the state on Saturday. Hundreds of aspiring youth from all the 5 districts of Garo Hills attended the program where Saljagring G Momin, EAC and Ruby BR Sangma, EAC, Tura, enlightened the MCS aspirants on General Studies and Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT), respectively.

Emmaneul M Sangma, EAC and Under Secretary, Chief Minister’s Office, Tura and Cheman D Shira, EAC, gave a talk on Main Examination and Interview, respectively. Raj Kumar Hajong, EAC and Dr. Bethel Marak, Senior Medical and Health Officer, Tura, deliberated on Time Management and Health, respectively.

West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner, Ram Singh, spoke at length on syllabi and preparations for civil services examinations.

On the day, Terakchi K Marak, IFS and Working Plan Officer, was the special guest who urged the aspirants to work hard to achieve their goal.
