Parliament Session Live Updates: The ‘special’ session of Parliament begins on Monday (September 18). Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Lok Sabha on the first day of the special session.

The first day of the Parliament Session marks 75 years of the parliament’s journey, right from the formation of the Constituent Assembly.
