Guwahati, Jan 3: Residents of Banglipara in Assam’s Bilasipara, Dhubri district blocked the main road of Bangalipara on Tuesday in protest against the death of a youth during a clash.

Harun Rashid, who was injured during a clash between the two groups, died on Monday at GMCH in Guwahati.

According to reports, Rashid got injured during a clash on Friday, when two groups of a mosque in Bilasipara started fighting over the post of mosque managing committee.

The clash started over an argument between the group of 20 people. Many people were injured in the clash and admitted at hospital for treatment.

Harun Rashid, who was severely injured in the clash, was admitted at GMCH for treatment.
