Imphal, Jan 10: A powerful bomb exploded at Nagamapal Kangjabi Leirak in Imphal West on the intervening of night of January 10.

The bomb attacked was carried out by unidentified persons at the gate of one person identified as Doren Leikangbam. The reason for the attack is yet to known.

No person was injured, however, some damage was done to the property.

After the incident a team of Imphal West Police visited the spot along with forensic experts.

Meanwhile, the local people have strongly condemned bomb attack in residential areas.
