Baghmara, October 25: Meghalaya Education Minister Rakkam A Sangma has called for educators across the state to embrace a knowledge-centered approach.
Capt Williamson Memorial Government College in Baghmara marked its 33rd Foundation Day on Friday with a milestone event as Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, Thomas A Sangma, inaugurated a plaque for the college’s upcoming academic building. The minister also expressed satisfaction with the launch of the college’s new website and construction progress, while stressing the need to improve education quality in South Garo Hills. “Let’s not play the blame game but work together to strengthen our schools,” he urged, affirming the government’s commitment to advancing education in Meghalaya.
