Opposition INDIA’s delegation reached the Manipur capital, Imphal, on Saturday afternoon to assess the situation in the ethnically-torn state that has been encased under violence for close to 3 months. The delegation has divided itself into two teams, to cover more area and visit more camps. One team has already reached Churachandpur, from which it will travel to Moirang. The second group will also visit Churachandpur, after which it will go to other camps in Imphal East.
