Tura, May 26: An accident at the Araimile junction led to traffic congestion and littering, as a scooty collided with a scrap collector. Both the two wheeler driver and the scrap collector sustained, injuries. The collision also lead to scattered bottles all over the road.

Both were taken to the civil hospital for medical treatment. As per public that gathered at the scene ,the registration number of the scooty is ML 13- 4217.

A massive traffic jam as well as littering could be seen at the junction.

Police from the nearby beat office took immediate action by clearing the debris and in normalising traffic jam.
